Collectibles can be listed at different stages of availability. Read the message on the individual product page before placing an order, particularly if you need an item for a specific date.
Pre-orders
A pre-order is for an item awaiting release or arrival. Where the listing includes a supplier estimate, treat it as an indication of timing rather than a guaranteed delivery date. Release and supply dates can change. Contact us if the displayed estimate has passed or if you need clarification before ordering.
Supplier orders
A supplier-order listing is different from an item shown as in stock. Check the product's availability message and any stated estimate. If timing is important, ask us to clarify the current position before you order.
Sold-out listings
Useful sold-out pages may remain online for reference. Their presence does not confirm an incoming delivery or a future restock. A product that is marked sold out cannot currently be purchased through that listing.
Before placing an order
Check the exact item and edition, its availability, and any current estimate. If you are combining products with different availability, contact us to confirm how your specific order would be handled. Read the shipping policy and refund policy for the published terms.
