How do I check the condition of a collectible?
Read the individual product description and inspect the photographs. For pre-owned items, check the condition notes, whether the original packaging is included, and whether any accessories or parts are missing. If a detail matters to your collection and is not clear in the listing, contact us before ordering.
Why can I still see a sold-out product?
Some sold-out listings remain visible so collectors can refer to the item, edition, photographs and description. A visible listing does not mean the item is available to buy or that another one is on the way. Check the current availability shown on the product page, or browse our latest arrivals.
How do I choose the right size or edition?
Compare the manufacturer, product line, scale, dimensions and edition shown on each listing. Figures from different ranges can vary in size even when they depict the same character. For bundles, check the stated contents; for comics and books, check the volumes and format.
Can I choose which character is inside a blind box?
Check the individual listing before buying. A sealed blind box or mystery product may contain a randomly selected design. The product description should explain whether you are buying a single box, a selected design, a bundle or a full case; do not assume that a pictured collection is included in one purchase.
What should I check before placing a pre-order?
Read the availability message and any timing information on the product page. A pre-order is for an item awaiting release or arrival.
