This item is pre-owned and has some minor wear to the outer box including very minor scratches and marks from being stored and displayed. The small tabs which pull open the drawers of the box have some wear and the faux leather on them has slightly torn from where it has been previously opened.
All of the content originally included in the set is present and the deluxe hardback version of the art book has been hand signed by Guillermo Del Toro and is number #222 out of only 1000 of these collectors edition sets ever made.
